WOD 2019

Patron Helen Dalley

“Bone health is such an important part of your general health. In the lead up to World Osteoporosis Day 2019 we want you to help us spread the word.

This year we are stressing the consequences of poor bone health – broken bones, and how they become so life-limiting!

In Australia there are over 165,000 fractures each year, which have an enormous and debilitating (means a big) impact not only on the patient but  on their family too.

Know your risks and talk to your doctor about a bone density test. Together we can prevent poor bone health, and give YOU freedom from fractures.”
